The Trousdsle property was amazing. The house was so well maintained and furnished. The views spectacular. The outdoor space was just what we needed. We will be back and will definitely stay here.

Excellent property for a larger group. Lots of space for entertaining or getting away from each other. Amazing kitchen for foodies. Comfortable and pool area is beautiful. We booked again for March

We stayed here for my 50th Birthday - all 5 of us ladies enjoyed the quiet back garden and pool area .The interior was gorgeous and well set up for guests.The house is very comfortable and cozy.ACME Team were easy to connect with via text, email or call.Lovely stay and thankyou.I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall the place was decent.
Had issues with hot tub and pool. Despite charging $200, they failed to heat the pool for arrival and we had to to wait 24 hours for it to heat. No compensation offered. Despite having someone come to check, it didn’t work properly. They failed to mention that if you heat the hot tub, it stops heating the pool. Also it halfway drains the hot tub and then it just keeps running for about 2 hours before it refills with hot water. Contacting Acme was a hassle and if you try to reach them after 5pm for a non emergency, they threaten a $100 charge.
Other cons:
- Despite being in desert, they won’t let you cool the house below 74 degrees.
- they threaten you with a $500 fine if you play ANY music outside. Even during day. So don’t expect to listen to chill music by pool at any time
- they essentially spam you with email, calls and texts about rules and regulations. Frustrating!
Acme is basically a mgmt company so you won’t interact with anyone who cares.
