This is a Great AirBNB. The condo is cute, modern and mid century. The location is perfect, just minutes to downtown. I didn’t realize the pool was so nice until the last day I was there. I would have used it more if I took the time to check it out before hand. I know other people in reviews complained about the noice. But honestly it wasn’t bad at all. Just typical road noise from the street that didn’t bother me at all. Every friend that came over asked for the information because they were interested in staying there in the future.

Under the Palms is a gorgeous, incredibly clean and comfortable mid century gem. We loved our stay here and will be back. The house was very well stocked, from every possible cooking utensil you’d ever need, spices and even an “office” drawer with every item you can think of - tape, colored pencils, even a stapler. The pool and outdoor space and amenities were perfect with comfy outdoor furniture, floats, corn hole. The only possible con ( and it will not stop us from staying here again) is that the house is near the airport and you will hear planes flying overhead. This did not bother us because we were expecting it due to reading it in other reviews. Do not let this deter you from staying in Under the Palms! It’s truly a wonderful property! Acme House Company was great to work with.

Wonderful fully furnished home with fantastic amenities! Loved the location, bikes to ride as well as the outdoors and spa! They were very quick to respond to any questions. Would absolutely stay here again!

We just had a WONDERFUL stay! We have been renting houses in Palm Springs for over 10 years and this house had it all. Obviously the pictures show you a very large and beautiful property but here is what the pictures don’t show. There are 3 distinct bedroom areas. So many houses in PS have all the bedrooms next to each other. This was great for our family both for privacy and noise. The kitchen has everything you could need. Literally every appliance, at least 12+ of all cups/plates, and so much silverware. Again, sometimes in rentals you are constantly washing dishes because there aren’t enough items even to get through one day. My family of 8 was covered. The large tables were also great for dining options and the multiple outdoor spaces were so relaxing plus ping pong! Lastly, Acme as a management company was great to work with. Their team is so responsive and very nice to work with.

Great house to stay with our family for the holiday weekend. Instructions and check-in process was easy. There was good communication with the management company at all times. We especially really enjoyed the backyard and pool which was beautiful, private and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. We would stay again!

The house was spacious and absolutely beautiful. The outdoor area, with a large pool and hot tub were amazing. The high end kitchen was perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. Acme was an incredible host for anything we needed. We would absolutely stay there again!
