We stayed at Sunny Palms at Warm Sands for New Year’s Eve weekend 2023. Upon arrival we were greeted by very comfortable and serene property. Comfortable temperatures and soft music wafting as we came in doors. Immaculate clean and well maintained property. Kitchen equipped with high end appliances and was fully stocked with all we needed for our 3 day stay. Even found a complimentary “Sisters Blend” coffee from La Jefa coffee shop. Very delicious, had to stop at coffee shop to bring some grounds home.
Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy.
Location, location, location. It’s walking distance to antique, gift shops and restaurants. Loved it.
We plan on booking this property in a few months again.

Great home to relax and enjoy New Years. Only complaint was the lack of a salt/pepper shaker in the kitchen.

What an absolutely stunning home. Beautifully decorated, incredibly clean and organized. Kitchen is so well stocked with cookware, dishes and glassware. Pool and spa are gorgeous! Will totally stay here again. One of our favorite VRBO experiences ever!

BooBoo's Hideaway was a perfect retreat for our group, and Acme Property Management was very responsive and proactive. They deserve more than 5 stars! The property is exactly as described, and the outdoor space is magnificent. We will definitely be returning to this property in the future.
