This was a lovely home. It was very clean. I liked that the primary bedroom is separated from the other two bedrooms and we enjoyed the pool very much. The property management company was helpful and communicative - they responded immediately when I texted questions and were very friendly. (Seriously the best experience I've had with a management company.) The only issue we had was when we initially arrived we had some trouble getting into the property because the entry codes were slightly mislabeled in the check-in information, but I let the management company know so that they can fix that for future tenants.

The orange decor was hilarious, funky, and fun. We loved that even the cooking utensils, sponges, and towels were orange. The orange picker that was in the laundry room was a real plus as well, being able to pick off juicy oranges from the orange tree from the balcony was something special. The place was clean, instructions were clear, and the master bedroom had really nice closet space, and good black-out curtains. There are two decks, which is nice.
The only downsides were:
- At least while I was there, Jan 2024, there was a high pitched loud barking dog in the house next to the master bedroom. It definitely woke me up several times despite me having a noise machine.
- The pillows were not very comfortable
- The instructions to get to the exact room could have been clearer (we walked around to a bunch of rooms before we found it)
- The shower had a couple times where it didn't get hot

Can’t beat the location of this home rental if you are visiting the original Palm Springs area. Close to everything, including convenient grocery stores and doughnut shops. 😊 Spacious home and well-equipped kitchen.

This house was perfect for our 4 adults. Kitchen well equipped with a great bbq outside. Super comfortable bedrooms and living room with fireplace that came in handy on cool mornings. Backyard was lovely. Pool and spa ideal. We paid for heat in pool - a must in early Jan. Nice outdoor fireplace. Very very private yard. Citrus trees a bonus. Very quiet neighbourhood with good walking. Bikes would have been great at house. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset and the mountains. A bit too far to walk downtown - the only drawback.

It was a lovely home. I would definitely stay again!

This place was stunning, and the view from the backyard was spectacular. The house was spotless when we arrived. In this home, my family and I created pleasant memories that we will always remember!
