A beautiful home perfect for your next getaway. An easy and wonderful experience from start to finish!!

This vacation home was spacious and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is in a quite neighborhood with breathtaking views of the mountains and is convenient to a market, coffee shop, and the airport. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the property manager was very responsive and easy to reach when I had a question. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs and look forward to returning.

Three generations of my family stayed at Mid Mod Paradise and it was our favorite vacation yet! The home was so beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms were tucked away from the living space, making it nice for those who went to bed early or slept in late. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and cook. My young kids loved the pool and the view of the mountains was spectacular. We definitely want to go back!

"High On Design" property: From the time we booked til the time we departed communication was tops for Acme. The property was well maintained, great location, loved playing ping pong & pool and enjoyed the hot tub spa daily. Felt very safe too.

Don't mistake this for your average VRBO or AirBNB, this is 5 star service. Very professional group that is communicative, responsive, and has thought of just about everything to make your stay amazing. Rented a house just north of the airport and it was very clean when we arrived. The location had tons of amenities and clear instructions how to operate everything. We did have a question about warming up the pool and it was answered almost immediately by the Acme staff via text. When it came time to leave there was no worrying about a $1000 cleaning fee as the Acme staff had clearly outlined what to do (sheets off beds, dishes in dishwasher, trash out to cans - very simple). This was also a pet-friendly location which was a must for us! We would absolutely book with Acme again. Do them a solid and go directly through their website so VRBO/Airbnb doesn't take a cut so they can keep offering top notch service at a very reasonable price.

Acme Properties and The West Elm House 1 in Palm Springs were a great find. The company was very pro-active and responded to my needs in a timely manner. The house amenities were great! Great beds and linens, Decor was amazing and the hot tub, pool, Boce Ball court, Multiple fire pits… places to sit and enjoy a drink, and outside bar, (Ice Machine included) rounded it out nicely. We cooked many great meals here and the house had all the items you need to cook gourmet meals. Finally, the house is only a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs where you can shop, dine and catch the local art and museums. Highly recommended!
