This home was a great choice for our family. The split bedroom layout was perfect. Excellent location. The home was completely and totally well equipped, from cookware to games and especially the pool table off of the kitchen. We had a great time. While there were a few minor issues, like getting the pool heater working correctly, the staff was super responsive and resolved the matter quickly. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend this home and Acme.

This place definitely embodies a certain part of Palm Springs. It's funky in a good way - - a house that has some retro style. The location is really nice - - it simultaneously is quite private and yet very close to the heart of Palm Springs as well. It would be great for people who want to get away and quietly relax (Palm Springs has some ordinance about no outside music - - go to Indio if you want to have a little more partying with your pool).

Great stay as first timers to Palm Springs. House is located on the north end of town in a very pretty neighborhood- a short quick drive into downtown. The property was well cared for, private and peaceful with nice views. Gas fireplaces inside and out were nice on the cool dry nights. The kitchen was clean, well appointed with everything one could need for cooking up a storm. Bonus pool table off of the kitchen was a fun addition for inside play. Plenty to keep all ages entertained. Some unique decor and furniture but fun, comfortable & in keeping with the Palm Springs vibe. Outside- the pool and hot tub did not disappoint & are the main draw. Comfortable outdoor couch & sitting areas. Only drawback is the strict noise policy of no outdoor music, respectful common sense levels were not an issue. Neighbor actually had a dinner party one evening that clearly was in violation but who complains when on vacation in a special place like Palm Springs- go book it!

This place is great! The bedrooms are all good sized, and the main bedroom is huge. A plus is a massive shower in the fourth bathroom. The common spaces are all large like the dining room and a wide open living room. The kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals. They have plenty of things to entertain you if you have any bad weather (pool table, board games, large screen tv), but our favorite was the backyard with a large heated pool, hot tub, and plenty of seating.

This property was even BETTER and felt BIGGER in person! We enjoyed how nice the interior design was and it’s not your typical PS decor. I loved how they thought of everything when it came to entertainment. The place was clean, beds were more than comfortable, and there’s so much space! The pool is huge and perfect for games. My guests and I were very pleased with our stay and are planning to rebook this in the future! ACME was also very communicative and check-in/out went smoothly. You won’t regret booking this beautiful property, not to mention the stunning views!

This was a very mediocre property. Downsides include a call the DAY OF CHECK-IN that the pool & hot tub was refinished and we were unable to use the hot tub, AC inoperable the day of check in, shower head in the main bathroom unusable, very dirty floor throughout the house, and a handful of cockroaches in bedrooms found. The house is old but slightly updated just to clear basic needs and standards. When it’s 106 outside and the lowest you can set the AC to is 74, the house never really cools down. Maintenance was responsive. Would not stay again
