The house and pool was just as described. Beautiful home, amazing pool, spa and yard. The only challenging thing was the spa staying heated. I called ACME and they were helpful, and it was explained that we have to turn it on (there was a remote by the back door which turns it on), but then it takes 40-60 min to heat, stays heated for a set time, then it automatically turns off after that set time. The only way to tell the spa was "off" is that it starts a waterfall into the pool, so the spa didn't stay heated consistently, and we had to ensure we kept turning it back on, as well as turning it on in advance, when we knew we were going to use it. I wish there had been clearer instructions about the spa and that it wasn't just turned on and ready to go.

Such a clean, comfortable, quiet, pristine, and relaxing property. We just loved the backyard area with the pool, hot tub, and grill. The house was super clean and thoughtfully furnished with plenty of barware, a shaker and muddler, and plenty of cooking necessities (of which I need many, as I like to cook). The beds were some of the more comfortable I've experienced at an AirBNB. Although this was close to the airport, we never once were disturbed by airport noise. We stayed here mid-March, and the pool was too cold to use (we chose not to heat it and just use the hot tub instead, which took about 20 minutes to heat after turning it on). We would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Palm Grove house and it was a fantastic stay! The home was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. There were quality bed linens, plenty of towels and good pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped. The house was bright with lots of natural light. But the very best feature for us was the beautiful outdoor space. It is a large, private beautiful space with a pool and spa. Both the pool and spa were super clean and well maintained. There was ample comfortable seating in both shade or sun. There was also a large dinning table outside in a covered area.
Acme House Company was a pleasure to work with. Check in was easy and their communication was great. We'd be happy to rent with them again and we'd be delighted to stay at the Palm Grove house again.

We had a very nice stay at this wonderful home. My only criticism is that the outdoor lounging furniture was very uncomfortable (the chaise loungers/chairs for the outdoor table for eating). They were hard plastic/cheap and no cushions (this was not what was pictured on the advertisement for the home). Otherwise everything was truly stellar there.

The outdoor dining chairs you mentioned are indeed an upgrade from previous options that proved susceptible to the elements. The sun and heat can take a toll on outdoor furniture, which is why we continually strive to make improvements. In response to your concerns, we've taken proactive steps by providing additional cushions stored in the garage to enhance comfort during outdoor dining experiences. Similarly, we've opted for sturdy white chaises for our poolside seating to ensure longevity and durability in the face of constant exposure to sunlight and heat. ACME does provide many extra towels for our pool properties which can be used as cushioning on the pool chaises. We hope to welcome you back to Palm Springs soon, and we remain committed to ensuring your future experiences with us are nothing short of exceptional.
