Reviews/photos looked great so we booked in for a week.. but unfortunately the home smelled stale upon entry, yard was unusably messy (dog feces, torn cushions, bird droppings, and debris in pool/all over).. as if nobody has been there for a long time.
We gave them a chance to amend it (left property for 8 hours so they could clean it) but we came back to nearly the same mess (minus the pool service).. when we asked for a refund, the manager tried to brush us off with a small refund and a meal.. not good enough!
Acme needs to get this home ready to rent, because the neighborhood (The Mesa) is so beautiful but this home doesn't fit in.. due to the condition.
Thankfully, Airbnb stepped in and helped make it right with a reasonable refund. We ended up booking a house around the corner for the rest of our week, which was immaculate and full of life! Thanks Airbnb!!
