If you're looking for a traditional Cape Cod house, this is it. The house is comfortable, with 4 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. This is the second time staying at this property. The selling point for me is the dog friendly policy. We are familiar with the neighborhood, with family living in the neighborhood for decades. Town Neck Beach had a spectacular makeover, and our walk there is minutes away. This was a fantastic vacation and I hope to stay here again next year. Thank you.

Beautiful house and pool.
Everything was perfect.

We had a great time in Palm Springs at Casa Escuela. The backyard was a great place to swim, relax and take in the Mountain Views. The house itself was well appointed and had everything we needed. The primary bathroom could use some freshening up, but served its purpose. Our first time in Palm Springs and we cant wait to go back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house! The layout was fantastic and really suited our needs as a family. Everything was spotless, which we truly appreciated upon arrival. Acme was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Plus, it was wonderful to find a place that was dog-friendly; our furry friend loved it too!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Located on the north side of town and close to restaurants and shops. The backyard is very large with a great pool and lots of outdoor furniture. The only issue we had was not being able to lower the air conditioning below 74 - which is too warm for the summertime. But still recommend this place if you are visiting Palm Springs.

The four of us had a fantastic stay at Modern Loma Vista. The beds were extremely comfy with plenty of pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gadgets and essentials to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner with containers for leftovers! We were impressed and made a few meals. The living area had a turntable with vintage records. We had so much fun playing, “Guess the band.” Nice flatscreen TV, dvd player and fun selection of movies. We watched the movie Palm Springs in Palm Springs! Such a fun idea from the host. The pool area was our oasis. Yes, we knew it would be hot but the pool became our sanctuary. It was the perfect size to float in and chill. The palm trees supplied ample shade while drifting on the available pool floats. Overall, this is the perfect house for a family or girl’s weekend.
