It’s an early checkout, but once you see the place, you forget and forgive because this house is as glamorous as the photos attest.

Tierra Vista in Palm
Springs was pretty much as advertised. It’s a beautiful place. Has multiple eating areas—inside and out—and we used them all. The pool
Was clean and the temperature was as ordered. I would stay here again and so would my family. There were a few glitches but the staff was incredibly responsive and straightened things out immediately. Also the casita was just right in providing a place that was removed from the masses! A few pieces of advice: Replace some of the poolside lounges; replace the mattress in the casita immediately;replace the shower head in the casita (anemic flow) and be sure and wash the windows in the house ! Overall, a great getaway. A family doesn’t have to leave the property other than to get groceries. Great family vacation.

Great house within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs.

Staying at the Starburst house did not meet our expectations. The pool was dirty when we arrived (the pool vents weren’t working), it wasn’t clean (hair in the microwave, stain on towels). And unfortunately it’s located on a busy street - there’s much traffic noise.
We didn’t stay for our entire reservation. Acme was good about giving us a refund - so that was a positive. But we were looking forward to having some relaxing time away and this didn't match that.

We had a great experience and loved the opportunity to relax at the end of the day sitting by the pool. Everything was super easy and efficient and made for a wonderful stay!

Great house, clean and equipped with everything you need. Loved the pool area. Customer service was excellent. Will be coming back to this property.
