We had a great stay at the Mid Century Mood House. Lovely neighborhood, well equipped house, super clean and comfortable, great pool. I highly recommend. We were a little worried about not being able to set the thermostat below 74 as we run hot, but it was totally cool/comfortable and there are fans to supplement.
The really only downside is that the exhaust fan above the gas range just blows into a cabinet instead of outside, so if you’re planning on coming on a hot week when you won’t want to open windows, cooking could be an issue. Otherwise perfect. Will def stay again.

My sisters and I take a trip to Palm Springs every year. We rent a house with a pool, Specifically. this house was not as represented. when we arrived at check in time, It was not ready. The outside was not cleaned. The gardeners came the next morning, the pool was not clean. The pool people came and cleaned the next afternoon. A whole day of our vacation ruined. The property manager never contacted us once, even after leaving her more than two messages.

The house at Mirador Desert Oasis was perfect for 8 women for the week. Whether we were in the pool, in front, or under the covered patio out back playing ping pong, it was great. Never crowded, plenty of room even if you wanted to go off by yourself. The kitchen was furnished better than any kitchen I have ever stayed in and we had to flip a coin to determine which dining table we were going to sit. Wish it had been a little cooler while we were there so we could use the beautiful outdoor fireplace sitting area. I would definitely stay at this house again. Maybe a little far to walk downtown Palm Springs but still very close. We all voted this was a 5 star place to stay.

Reviews/photos looked great so we booked in for a week.. but unfortunately the home smelled stale upon entry, yard was unusably messy (dog feces, torn cushions, bird droppings, and debris in pool/all over).. as if nobody has been there for a long time.
We gave them a chance to amend it (left property for 8 hours so they could clean it) but we came back to nearly the same mess (minus the pool service).. when we asked for a refund, the manager tried to brush us off with a small refund and a meal.. not good enough!
Acme needs to get this home ready to rent, because the neighborhood (The Mesa) is so beautiful but this home doesn't fit in.. due to the condition.
Thankfully, Airbnb stepped in and helped make it right with a reasonable refund. We ended up booking a house around the corner for the rest of our week, which was immaculate and full of life! Thanks Airbnb!!

As advertised. The outdoor space shines, and is one of the main reasons we booked this property.
The house was clean, well stocked and refreshingly did not have a long checkout chore list.
Only minor problem was communication when the lock box code stopped working and the automated message bot reported the wrong number (off my one digit) to call after hours. We eventually found the right number and reported the wrong number, so this shouldn't be a problem for anyone else renting through one of the mgmt company properties.
We would stay here again during our next trip to Palm Springs.
