My sisters and I take a trip to Palm Springs every year. We rent a house with a pool, Specifically. this house was not as represented. when we arrived at check in time, It was not ready. The outside was not cleaned. The gardeners came the next morning, the pool was not clean. The pool people came and cleaned the next afternoon. A whole day of our vacation ruined. The property manager never contacted us once, even after leaving her more than two messages.
