Our family had a wonderful time. It's a super relaxing place that has everything and is walking distance to downtown. The pool was amazing especially in the 100 degree heat.

The house was clean and looked just like the photos (except there was no canopy, but management resolved this the next day by putting up 3 umbrellas). There is a lot of attention to detail, with everything we needed to make ourselves at home. I’d give this house 5 stars, but when we arrived (late at night after a long drive), we realized one of the bathroom windows was not locking at all (large enough for a person to fit). The front door kept making sounds as if someone was entering an incorrect code. We freaked out and didn’t feel safe because when we checked around the property, we found an empty lot next door (learned the next day it’s part of the property). We called for emergency service for the door and window, but no one was sent until the next day so we didn’t sleep the first night. No refund for that night was offered. The rest of the stay was okay, except for the warmest night of our 6-night stay because it can get hot despite AC and some fans.
