our hosts called us 5 times to tell us of the neighborhood noise policy as we settled in the house. unfortuneatly the same attention was not paid to the cleaning of the house. we had rodent droppings in the silverware and dishes. we washed all the dishes and silverware before we used them. we paid extra for the heating of the pool. we had 3 separate service calls to get it working over a day and a half. finally the pool contractor came to fix the problem. it was a slow response to resolve. we also had a firepit that did not work since the handle was broken off. The handle was fixed a day later. when i called for a credit i was given a 140 dollar offer. when i questioned if that was enough they said they would review and get back. after over a week there is still no offer and when i call they say mgmt is aware. asked when it will be resolved they have no eta. i would be leary of and ACME House company residence in the future

ACME were extremely responsive and proactive, advising us about seasonal recommendations for heating the pool, helping us with the pool controls, and scheduling maintenance calls. The house was spectacular and accommodated our group (4 couples) comfortably. We hope to be back someday.

Good stay

We had a great time and experience! the home was big and beautiful and clean. The pool was fantastic and refreshing. We had some minor issues and Acme was very quick to handle everything. Would 100% recommend staying here.

What a great place!! From the location to the pool…this place was AMAZING!!! Everyone from Acme was very responsive and answered my questions right away. My family and I loved this house and were super bummed we had to leave. Lastly, thank you so much for the hospitality and we look forward to coming back.
