This house is well stocked in the kitchen (great selection of utensils - almost like being at home), on the patio and around the grill. Great game room in the garage! Bar has everything you will need. Nice floorplan and layout. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Really loved this home and would highly recommend it.

This is just such a lovely house and a joy to be in. Terrific mid century design and full of the most thoughtfully chosen vintage furniture and homewares. The photos are completely accurate. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped kitchen and good coffee. Very helpful management who responded quickly to any questions. Only negative was getting a SMS asking us if we wanted to pay US$250 to turn on the pool heating just before check in. I thought this seemed gouging given the price we paid (and the fact the pool was indeed freezing despite the 35*C weather). The polyester sheets were also pretty awful to sleep in. But very minor comments for what was honestly the perfect house and a highlight of our trip, we would stay here again in a heart beat.

We arranged five nights at Sunny Palms at Warm Sands and we were not disappointed. The inside is updated, refined and comfortable with a touch of mid-century charm. The three king beds were super firm, which turned out to be great for us but may not appeal to everyone. The kitchen had every utensil and essential appliance we could have possibly needed. There was even a box filled with doggy items for our dog. The exterior had a beautiful pool and spa that we enjoyed immensely. Those were the two features I wanted the most. The bbq worked great and the outdoor seating areas and tables were clean and comfortable. Even though the outside temperature rose to 110 degrees the air conditioner and ceiling fans kept it cool enough inside. I was expecting (or at least hoping for) a fully private backyard. I’d say it was 80% private. The 20% that wasn’t fully private would have required a little effort from anyone who wanted to see in so it wasn’t a big issue. I was also hoping for a 100% dog-friendly yard but the walls in the front of the property were low enough that my dog could have easily jumped over them. But no big deal - we just always kept her on a leash. We did see a coyote roaming the streets one night so being extra cautious with our furry friends is important. Finally, the couple of tiny questions we had were met with responsive and courteous text messages from the good people at Acme. I recommend this house and I recommend Acme.

We spent an amazing week at XOXO Palm Springs, managed by Acme. Acme was terrific to work with, from answering specific questions about the house and area prior to renting, to providing a beautiful/immaculate/thoughtfully stocked home, They were super responsive and available, without being intrusive. Will absolutely book through them again.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The place is very spacious and well-stocked with toiletries and cooking supplies for guests. The location was convenient— about a 25-30 minute from the downtown area— and the hosts were extremely communicative throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again & recommend it to others!
