We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Villa Moscotto. The photos and description describe the house perfectly, and to our surprise, it felt more spacious than expected. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and made us feel right at home. We had a small issue getting the pool heated, but the solution was as easy as text to ACME and it was fixed in minutes. Villa Moscotto was perfect for a family getaway and made traveling with kids comfortable.

Overall, Starburst PS was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Everyone had a bedroom and bathroom to call their own which gave everyone the privacy they wanted. We paid extra for pool heating, but wish the water was a little bit warmer. Still a little too chilly even when the sun was out. The spa/hot tub was perfect. Spent most of our outdoor time in that. We had a few maintenance issues pop up and ACME was extremely quick to respond and send someone out to fix them. There were some issues with the dishwasher not fully draining and then would randomly stop and start again. We ended up just using it as a drying rack. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd need to prepare a thanksgiving dinner. They knew we had two dogs and what a pleasant surprise it was to discover the box of toys and treats they set out to help welcome our furry friends. That was extra special to us and meant a lot they went the extra mile to make them feel comfortable too. We had a great time!

Had a delightful stay at Stargazer! Lovely property well stocked with necessities. Spotlessly clean, yet very comfortable. Had a great time with nightly games of ping pong! So fun! Absolutely love the swinging chairs… so comfortable and relaxing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Das Butterfly Alexander Haus ist eine echte Perle in Palm Springs. Die Beschreibung des Hauses und die veröffentlichten Bilder entsprachen zu 100% der Realität. Das Haus ist wunderbar vom Design und der Ausstattung. Ansprechendes Mobiliar und gute Beleuchtung lassen eine sehr gute Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre entstehen. Die Lage im Raquet Club East Viertel ist hervorragend. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen.
Das Haus war sehr sauber als wir ankamen und auch die Aussenanlagen inklusive Pool waren super gereinigt. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind hell und sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Aufteilung des Hauses insbesondere das große Wohnzimmer mit dem Gaskamin gefallen. Whirlpool ist wirklich top - gerade außerhalb des Sommers ein highlight für entspannende Momente im Freien. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist OK und für Ferienaufenthalte ausreichend. Ein Wasserkocher wäre eine gute Ergänzung.
Man ist mit dem Auto schnell an allen wichtigen Punkten der Stadt und Umgebung.

The house was perfect for our family… Six adults and one toddler. The Baja shelf on the pool was perfect for him to run around and play. The house is very well stocked and had everything we needed to make all of our meals. We used the BBQ a couple of times and ate at the outdoor bar…very convenient and fun. The decor is fun and stylish and, the house is very cozy. My only criticism is that the pool takes quite a while to heat up, so you should ask for that to be heated at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.

A great stay if you’re looking to relax by the pool, do some grilling, and enjoy Palm Spring’s many nearby activities.
