We rented the Paradise Splash at Little Tuscany in Palm Springs during Nov 9-14, 2024. The house was fantastic for our group of 8 (4 couples). Everyone who we were in contact with at ACME House Company were extremely friendly and responsive. We hope to be back one day.

We stayed at Sunrise Alexander for a week in November . The house was clean, modern and well stocked - there is also a separate casita which looks brand new. The pool was our favourite, nice and warm and well maintained . The hot tub heated up quickly . We have stayed at several different houses by Acme and have been very pleased with all of them . The staff in the office are always very helpful , especially Laura and Renee.

Acme property management was excellent and very responsive to service requests. Home is in need of overall maintenance and refreshing. Kitchen ceiling fan didn't work (service repair needed to order parts, should've been found by housekeeping), we recommend a binder with printed instructions, outdoor space was ok,(not as fresh and bright as online pics) and not sufficient landscape lighting, amenities and bath/bedding less than luxury. It's a cute house, but price doesn't align with online impression. Important to note; neighborhood is not 'renter' friendly and greatly limits entertaining (totally understand but read fine print and details re fines).

This home is a true find. Our favourite spot in Palm Springs so far. The views are some of the best you will find anywhere in the city. The entire home is such that each bedroom and common areas have a full floor to ceiling view of the mountains and gorgeous resort-like backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub each morning with coffee but sadly were not able to use the pool as it was too cold in November and we like it warmer. We travelled in November so it was rather cool later on in the day and the sun goes down quickly. The fireplace heated the area up beautifully.
The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The bed and linens were wonderful and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with.
We love MCM architecture so we walked around the area daily in awe and the gems are all around you. This place is truly something special. If we are able to come again we will and very soon!

Of all the home rentals I've booked, this one had by a wide margin the most well-equipped kitchen. We did need to reset the wall oven circuit breaker, so your maintenance people might want to look into that.

Outstanding property and services. Acme responded to every request. Totally enjoyed our stay.
