Cool house in great neighborhood. Amazing pool and Mountain View’s. Well stocked kitchen supplies. ACME was extremely proactive and responsive at every turn. ACME can’t control this, but the house needs updates. Baths are original. Kitchen is dated. Not enough lighting. Lots of deferred maintenance. My family had a great time, but it wasn’t as polished of an experience as we expected based on the photos.

We had an amazing stay at the Monstera House - what an absolutely gorgeous property!! The location was prime - walking distance to town and a cute little coffee shop right at the end of the street. Taking walks around the neighborhood was so lovely. The house itself had a great amount of space - very spread out, large bedrooms/bathrooms and plenty of room to hang out inside & outside.
The beds do have very firm mattresses - not an issue for us, just an FYI for future renters. The kitchen is stocked extremely well, as we were there for Thanksgiving and didn't lack any pot, pan, baking dish or utensil.
Would absolutely recommend!!

The house was great. The bedrooms are comfortable. It was nice that each couple was able to have their own bathrooms. The pool was a great way to spend the day. We would stay here again.

Our stay at XOXO Palm Springs was wonderful. Spacious house that was fully stocked with everything we need. Home was spotless and clean when we arrived. Check in/out was seamless. Received great communication from Acme with instructions on how to enter the home, how to get a hold of them if we needed anything, etc.

Our family visits Palm Springs before the craziness of the holiday season and this is our 7th year. The Modern Marvel was truly an oasis!!! Beautiful private backyard, FULLY STOCKED kitchen for any experienced cook to find any necessary appliance/culinary device needed. Spacious floor plan with beautifully appointed roomS. Love this house and will definitely book it again!!!
