Beautiful home! Great service, but a little over priced.

We stayed here with family for the Thanksgiving holiday and this property blew us away. An absolute 10 out of 10. Squeaky clean on arrival with all listed amenities. They called on the day of checkin to help us troubleshoot issues with the pool lighting (totally our fault and not theirs) and they were so gracious and kind. The house itself is stunning and the pool and hot tub and outdoor area are so wonderful. Great location close to shops and restaurants on Palm Canyon. I am already dreaming of coming back. Thank you for making our family holiday one to remember!

We stayed at ACME’s Federer’s Palace property in Indian Wells, CA for 5 days and it was an absolute delight. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths laid out perfectly so 2 bedrooms could easily share a bathroom with Queen and King sized beds everywhere. Everything one could think of was provided like suitcase stands, dirty clothes hampers, extra bathroom rugs, space heaters, pool toys and corn hole game platform. The kitchen was all modern and up to date and so were all of the everyday necessities like large screen TVs in every bedroom and living room and a heated pool and hot tub. Have never had such luxurious accommodations for a full week like this. Worth every penny. We even had a problem with the alarm system but ACME had a personal out several times until it was fixed for good. Such great service! Would be happy to rent this Palace again anytime. Couldn’t have been happier with our rental.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay in Palm Springs. The house was gorgeous, on a quiet street, but close to everything, with lots of great amenities with the pool, hot tub and spacious backyard. We couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we'll be sure to stay again!

I think the house is very well appointed; that said it would be great to have a couple of basics provided beyond that specifically dryer sheets, also we were having challenges with the freezer temperature and the ice maker which is all a part of the fridge in the kitchen. however in communicating that to management they sent out hey we're coming right away.
The property and the features it has, is lovely and since we enjoy cooking as a team, it was a lovely place to do that. I would recommend staying here.

Wow!! What an amazing experience! Acme was amazing…met all our needs and went beyond expectations.They were available for anything we needed help with and anticipated our wishes and needs before we even had them! Would definitely use Acme again!
