Fantastic spot to relax with family and/or friends in Palm Springs. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and the home had a fantastic layout. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. Communication from the host was superb; would definitely rent from them again.

Overall a nice place to stay with comfortable beds! Beware, no outside noise or music allowed at all under any circumstances which was a bit of a surprise and made it much harder to enjoy the pool amenities. Also have to pay to heat the pool.

Wonderful experience. Loved staying in the former model home of the TramView Estates! The mid century modern artwork in the home added to the retro Palm Springs vibe. We enjoyed eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the table in back next to the pool and evening snacks by the outdoor fireplace. We could even see the tram cars ascending the mountain!

The place was very clean and spacious with a nice backyard. There was enough towels and other amenities. The jacuzzi was great even though it took around 90 minutes to get to 102F. The kitchen was well-stocked but some of the pans and pots were too scratchy, and basically useless for us. Here is what I didn't like: before the reservation was made, we were told the pool is $60 per day to heat up but when I wanted to pay for one day, they said you have to pay $180 for 3 days minimum. Having to pay for 3-day blocks was neither mentioned in the description nor when I asked about pool heating fee before we made the reservation. Also, one of the shower heads was loose and water splashed everywhere when you turn it on. Finally, the house is on the pricier side; there is nothing within the walking distance, so you can save yourself about half the price of this house and rent something a bit farther away from the downtown of Palm Springs.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and many amenities. The home was stunning MCM design, with incredible natural light. The backyard was the selling feature, large pool, mature trees, and multiple fire pits. We enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving at the home! ACME was very helpful and responsive.

Exceeded our high expectations! Well appointed accommodations with more pots and pans than my home! Full spice drawer to boot! Excellent dishes, glasses and sharp knives. Can’t say enough good things about this place, my daughter is getting married in Palm Springs next year and we are booking again! Excellent communication as well.
