Beautiful property and really well styled. Management company was responsive. Amenities were perfect and just a short ride to downtown. Only issue we had was wifi, connected but service didn't work. Management company was on site upon our arrival for the wifi issue which I assume was reported by someone else also. Reached out to them a handful of times for which they were nice and were trying to help. Unfortunately, it was unresolved and we had to tether off our phone. Not a major issue but enough of a nuisance that with resolution would have made this an absolute 10/10 perfect place to stay.

We really enjoyed this Airbnb overall. The location was great, the place is decorated nice, and the tennis court and pickleball courts were always available. We would most likely stay here again. A couple of things to note though, some of which has been mentioned in other reviews.
1) there is a dog downstairs that the owner allows to bark all the time. You only really hear it in the master bedroom, but it will wake you up at 6:30 every morning.
2) the bed pillows are terrible.
3) this is probably the biggest issue we had and why I might not stay again. The place had a very unpleasant smell. It smelled like salmon/fishy the whole time. Especially in the kitchen. Even the filtered water in the fridge tasted like it. Even after getting home, our clothes still smelled like it.
4) the couch is more for looks and is very uncomfortable.
Overall though, I do feel like this Airbnb is good and well managed. If the smell thing gets taken care of, I could easily see us staying there again.

our hosts called us 5 times to tell us of the neighborhood noise policy as we settled in the house. unfortuneatly the same attention was not paid to the cleaning of the house. we had rodent droppings in the silverware and dishes. we washed all the dishes and silverware before we used them. we paid extra for the heating of the pool. we had 3 separate service calls to get it working over a day and a half. finally the pool contractor came to fix the problem. it was a slow response to resolve. we also had a firepit that did not work since the handle was broken off. The handle was fixed a day later. when i called for a credit i was given a 140 dollar offer. when i questioned if that was enough they said they would review and get back. after over a week there is still no offer and when i call they say mgmt is aware. asked when it will be resolved they have no eta. i would be leary of and ACME House company residence in the future

This was the perfect stay to host me and my closest friends for Thanksgiving. It was exactly what the description said and it was very close to everything in Palm Springs. It was incredibly comfortable to hold 8 people. ACME was very easy to communicate with and they were even able to adjust to an early check in. The amenities were fantastic and it was easy to use the pool and the hot tub. We will definitely be rebooking at Three Amigos Ranch again. A simply perfect place to host for a relaxing weekend in beautiful Palm Springs!
