What a gracious house to host Thanksgiving for our merging of families for an engagement! The house is incredibly well appointed (kitchen, bath, etc.!) even with a full spice drawer and loads of coffee and creamer. We had Thanksgiving dinner by pushing the two outdoor tables (seating 6 ea) under the canopy, huge amount of space inside for serving and large kitchen. Soooo many pots and pans.,.. The inside and outside pool, all the bedrooms - did I mention all of the chargers in each room and next to every bed? Everything was simply perfect. Acme’s communication was beyond excellent. We will be booking again for the wedding next year!

Perfect 2 bed house near downtown Palm Springs with nice sized pool and all the goodies. Very well maintained, super clean and well managed with great communication from ACME.

My family just returned from a warm and sunny stay @ Lemon Twist in Palm Springs! The house was nice and big and accommodated eight adults and one toddler very nicely; the layout was great. PROS: decorated really cute, comfy furniture inside, big kitchen and well stocked with just about every appliance we could need, washer and dryer (a MUST and so convenient) and lots of towels. BIG outdoor space and many different areas to congregate. CONS: all three bathrooms needed work. The shower handle was loose and came off in the main bathroom (ensuite), the 2nd bathroom had issues with the shower handle and toilet handle and the 3rd bathroom had issues with the shower head spraying in the wrong direction. There aren't enough hooks/towel racks to hang your shower towels or for that matter anything else. Needed more silverware - it wasn't fun with that many people and we had to keep washing the one set!! The sheets on the beds are not fitted and every time you move, they come undone! Outdoor furniture tables were rusty and the paint was chipping on all of them and the lights strung from the house outside had many bulbs that were burned out. And last but not least, it was kind of a bummer that we could not (respectfully) listen to music when we were outside at the pool/hot tub (which was everyday) because of the ordinance. We did love the proximity to shopping and restaurants and the weather was fabulous!

We stayed at ACME’s Federer’s Palace property in Indian Wells, CA for 5 days and it was an absolute delight. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths laid out perfectly so 2 bedrooms could easily share a bathroom with Queen and King sized beds everywhere. Everything one could think of was provided like suitcase stands, dirty clothes hampers, extra bathroom rugs, space heaters, pool toys and corn hole game platform. The kitchen was all modern and up to date and so were all of the everyday necessities like large screen TVs in every bedroom and living room and a heated pool and hot tub. Have never had such luxurious accommodations for a full week like this. Worth every penny. We even had a problem with the alarm system but ACME had a person out several times until it was fixed for good. Such great service! Would be happy to rent this Palace again anytime. Couldn’t have been happier with our rental.
