The house itself is awesome. Great location and the place is very nice. Pool / Spa is great though they do not pre-heat the Spa. We got in at 10pm and wanted to jump in but it takes ~1:30 to warm up so that was a bummer. There was a strange noise in the house that happened about every 3-5 mins. Sounded like a light rail going by but it was in the house. It wasn't so loud but I definitely heard it as I was trying to sleep.
There is a gate but I did not receive a gate code. I called the emergency line and they gave me the wrong code. When we finally got that sorted we found out that the lock to the house itself was not correct. Had to call them again and they must have reset it remotely.
The communication is very annoying. This company makes you give them their number and they use that to text you offers and seemingly nonstop spam. Two days after the trip and they are still texting me.
Overall I am giving it 4 stars but it is really like a 3.5 due to check-in and texting.
