We arranged five nights at Sunny Palms at Warm Sands and we were not disappointed. The inside is updated, refined and comfortable with a touch of mid-century charm. The three king beds were super firm, which turned out to be great for us but may not appeal to everyone. The kitchen had every utensil and essential appliance we could have possibly needed. There was even a box filled with doggy items for our dog. The exterior had a beautiful pool and spa that we enjoyed immensely. Those were the two features I wanted the most. The bbq worked great and the outdoor seating areas and tables were clean and comfortable. Even though the outside temperature rose to 110 degrees the air conditioner and ceiling fans kept it cool enough inside. I was expecting (or at least hoping for) a fully private backyard. Id say it was 80% private. The 20% that wasnt fully private would have required a little effort from anyone who wanted to see in so it wasnt a big issue. I was also hoping for a 100% dog-friendly yard but the walls in the front of the property were low enough that my dog could have easily jumped over them. But no big deal - we just always kept her on a leash. We did see a coyote roaming the streets one night so being extra cautious with our furry friends is important. Finally, the couple of tiny questions we had were met with responsive and courteous text messages from the good people at Acme. I recommend this house and I recommend Acme.

Check in was perfect, the location was close to all that Palm Springs has to offer, the neighborhood was quiet. Acme was wonderfully responsive, we all loved the pool, spa, fire pit, and fruit trees. Not so much fun was that some of the stuff that was to be provided was not- salt and pepper, trash bags, and toilet paper. The most annoying thing was that the dishwasher did not work. A repairman, Alex, who was wonderful, came out and got it working, but it failed again the next day. Nonetheless we very much enjoyed our stay

The house and our overall stay was amazing. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

We loved this property. It made us feel at home away from home, but with the added amenities of a beautiful pool and hot tub, we almost didn’t feel the need to leave. The the house was equipped with everything that we needed. The house were very responsive when we needed them, which was only a couple of times because everything is well organized. Location was great and neighborhood was very quiet and restful. This is a great place to stay.

We loved our stay here! The house and the pool area are both gorgeous, there’s plenty of space, and the house is well stocked! We highly recommend this place!
