We had a fantastic stay at the West Elm house 1! The house, the outdoor, the pool, the spa, everything is so well designed and so beautiful. We came with our three kids, we all loved it and hope to be back soon.

Always a great stay with Acme

We had a wonderful stay at this home over New Years 2025. Plenty of space for 4 couples, 1 baby and 3 dogs. Communication with ACME was easy and they provided lots of recommendations for us in the area, including in home massages and in home chefs. It was incredibly spacious with lots of character in a very cute neighborhood that was walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!

If you’re planning to vacation in Palm Springs, STAY HERE!! The Arrow is immaculately kept and artfully decorated, with the most incredible and inviting outdoor space imaginable!! The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient to town and local attractions. Acme is very responsive, and we could not have had a better stay.

The place was beautiful inside and out. Large living area, kitchen, and breakfast area. Bedrooms are on the smaller side and the doors for all three bedrooms are at the same spot. The outdoor space is amazing as well.
The pool and hot tub (what they call spa) are definitely great. However, the hot tub/spa was apparently set to the wrong settings when we got there and it never got warm. A technician had to be sent to readjust the setting so we couldn't use the hot tub the first night. The management company was very responsive however, and the technician was dispatched quickly and everything was soon fixed. We very much enjoyed the hot tub after that.
