The "privacy" promised in this listing was a joke. The first morning here I was sitting by the pool enjoying a quiet breakfast when a team of men entered the yard unannounced to landscape. My partner was awakened around 9 am with this noise (sounded like large trucks revving their engines, all the loud tools) and got out of bed half clothed as one is when sleeping, to see people in the yard, with a clear view inside. It lasted 1 hour.A few hours later, sitting by the pool unclothed with my partner, when the pool cleaning person walks into the yard unannounced.We then called customer service and their response? "They need to do maintenance" The draw of this place is privacy and private pool. We were not asked or notified. This is so basic!! Then no apology, did not care from the company.Day of check out *10am check out time* cleaning crew enters the house at 915am via keypad, no knocking, no checking. We were showering and getting ready to go...SO UNCOMFORTABLE. NOT PRIVATE. BAD SERVICE. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS! NEVER AGAIN!

The landscaping and pool services are required to ensure the property is properly maintained and safe for all guests. These service days are clearly listed in the house manual provided prior to arrival to help set expectations. That said, we regret that the maintenance visits felt intrusive and that communication could have been better. We also apologize for the cleaning crew arriving before your check-out time without prior notice—this was unacceptable, and we have taken immediate steps with our team to prevent this from happening again.
