The house was in a good location near airport and short uber away from shops and food! Was unfortunate that Palm Springs has some strict rules not allowing music at any hours outside by pool but we managed. House was over all clean and in good standing. Was a bit shocked at the price per day to heat the pool but decided to do so as we planned a full day to grill out and relax at the Airbnb.

Wonderful stay! Great clean immaculate home. Plane noise overhead was early in the morning but the house was so fantastic it didn’t really bother us. Would definitely stay here again. Close to town but still very private. Loved it!
View of mountains was blocked by the back hedges but that’s a personal preference and certainly not a deal breaker!

The Martini Modern house was terrific. Great location near downtown Palm Springs, but in a very quiet area. House was as advertised and the floor plan was very user friendly. Very clean inside and out. Bedrooms well appointed with very nice bedding. Kitchen well stocked. Pool and Jacuzzi were really nice and ACME house responsive to all of our needs.

We had a great long weekend at this ACME mid-century property. It is a beautiful and very comfortable home, one mile from the heart of downtown Palm Springs. We will be back - and I would highly recommend to others!

We loved our time at Acme’s Palm Springs property. The house is a very generous size, all the beds are king sized, the kitchen came with coffee and condiments and they even left a gift box for my pooch! The pool wasn’t heated entirely when we got there so Acme sprung into action and sent someone over to sort it out. The spa heats very fast so thumbs up there. The fire pit area the ample seating everywhere inside and outside made our stay as a group very comfortable. The casita has a separate entrance from the house, but seamlessly functioned with the rest of the house. I will definitely book this property or another Acme rental again. The service was outstanding!

Every year our group stays somewhere different in the area for NYE and we all agreed this house was the best yet. Amazing backyard, comfy living room(s), well stocked kitchen for making group meals, plentiful towels. The only critique we had was about the sheets which were synthetic. I understand it can make sense for rental properties but yeah just not all that comfy. Maybe bring your own pillowcases to minimize it a bit even if flying in, if it’s something you’d notice. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to return!
