The highlight was the beautiful kitchen, which was much appreciated. However, it’s not very walkable to PS attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay in this updated midcentury modern home. It was very clean and bright with fun pops of color in the kitchen and outside. Unfortunately, the Santa Ana’s were strong so we were unable to use the outdoor space, but it was clean and inviting. We couldn’t believe how stocked the house was! I was able to find a lint roller and bandaids, and there were a ton of games, super soakers, and pool floats. All the appliances worked very well and were immaculate! The location was ideal, as it was easy to get downtown and to the cities just south of Palm Springs proper. We’d definitely stay here again if we ever return to Palm Springs! Thank you!

We had a wonderful few days at La Joya Moderna. The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful pool area and another lovely outdoor patio area on the opposite side of the house complete with lemon trees and a fire pit. We loved the spacious layout, two lounge areas and very comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equipped and modern. Small issues were quickly resolved with the ACME team. The property is in a beautiful area, close to the main downtown area and the airport. We loved it and highly recommend.

Lovely quiet neighborhood that is walkable to an ice cream shop, market, famous crepe shop, Bar Cecil, Koffee, and Elmers. The home has a lot of private outdoor space. We used the large hot tub every night. The beds and linens were of high quality. Thank you!

This home is Quintessential Palm Springs but with the extra cleanliness, updates, and small thoughtfulness you hope for when renting a property . The pool was larger than anticipated , the heat for the pool was perfect , the dining seats and open layout were ideal. And two bedrooms now have kings which was a bonus . Lastly, the view from the one bedroom to the backyard , and the limited requirements @ checkout brought smiles to our vacationing facee . Even the pool toys & directions for spa and other were crystal clear. A genuine thank you for a beautiful rental & fabulous rental company
