Aside from some issues with the spa (no jets, the controller not responding, and needing to call the office every few hours to adjust the heat) and the pool lights not working, the house was very much as described. The location was excellent, with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors to relax and enjoy.
The property management team was helpful and responsive during office hours. After 6 p.m., it was a bit inconsistent. Normally that wouldn’t have been a concern, but since the spa required their assistance, it was a little challenging. We had been told an evening representative would be available, though unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
The neighborhood itself was quiet and pleasant, with very little street traffic. Overall, while I may not choose this particular home again, it still offered a comfortable stay and wasn’t without its positives.
