Beautiful home and really private yard - will absolutely be coming back to this place. So peaceful and really well designed. One of my new fav Palm Springs spots! ACME is the best - they are so responsive and always helpful. Can’t recommend enough!

This house is a stunner. Beautiful architecture. Every room was well appointed, nicely sized. Kitchen was well stocked and a great coffee set up.
Plenty of towels for the pool and jacuzzi (we just used the jacuzzi).
A fantastic outdoor tub off the primary suite was a fave for me and my husband. Would love to visit again.

This was a beautiful, peaceful and spacious house for us and our two dogs and three kids. Wonderful walking neighborhood and very roomy and comfortable home!

We rented the house for seven weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a few maintenance issues that cropped up but they were minor and really didn’t affect our enjoyment and use of the property. The property management company was super responsive and provided excellent follow-up.The primary suite was very comfortable and our guests seemed happy with the larger of the other two bedrooms. There was an ongoing issue with the sink in the guest bath not draining well. A plumber was dispatched but the fix required owner approval and would have disrupted our stay. Again, it was only a minor inconvenience.The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO we’ve stayed in. The oven was rather finicky, however - sometimes we could get it to work and other times not. We resorted to just using the outdoor grill and that suited us just fine.The outdoor pool and back garden area is the star of the property. We enjoyed lounging in the sun and we utilized the heated spa in the evenings. We get up early and the outdoor gas fire feature was wonderful to warm us as we sipped coffee and watched the sun rise. In short, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again in the future.

The house was amazing - especially the outdoor space which was so comfortable and relaxing. Cool fire pit table and great grill. Comfortable beds. And their house manager - Acme- was really helpful and responsive before and during the stay. Highly recommended

I don't think I've ever written a negative review but this stay was truly a comedy of errors and no one in charge has reached out to me to rectify it. I just get trapped in a Kafka-esque maze of bureaucracy so here goes. Day one: No hot water. Day two: Hot tub breaks and stays broken three days. Day four: They change the door code without telling me and I'm locked out at 10pm. The final night was the pièce de résistance. Water and dirt came bubbling up the shower drain and flooded the hallways and second bedroom. We have to leave in the middle of the night because we couldn't use the water, shower, flush toilets, anything. The property is nice but the communication is beyond unacceptable.
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we truly apologize for the difficulties you experienced during your stay. We understand how frustrating and disruptive these issues must have been, and we're so sorry for the impact it had on your visit.
In regard to the hot water, it seems the issue was due to running the water for a bit longer, and we regret that it wasn’t clear at the time. We also understand how disappointing it was that the hot tub wasn’t functioning during your stay. While we made every effort to resolve it, we recognize it was still a major inconvenience.
We deeply apologize for the confusion with the door code and the stress of being locked out. We know how important clear communication is, and we’re sorry we didn’t handle that better. We’ll be sure to improve this going forward.
Once again, we’re so sorry for all the challenges you faced, and we sincerely hope you’ll give us another opportunity to offer you a better experience.
