The place was just as pictured, huge backyard, beautiful views, lots of trails nearby. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, including things like a zester, coffee grinder, crockpot, tons of different size pots & pans, etc.. and the 2nd fridge in the laundry was perfect to hold all the food for 8 adults.
House had plenty of space for us to gather together or spread out. There were also lawn games, cards, plenty of beach towels, bath towels, cleaning supplies and most everything you needed.
The pool was beautiful, but it was too cold to use. We did enjoy the hot tub, but had to wait an hour or so for it to heat up every time you wanted to use it.
The place is advertised as having 4 king sized beds, but 2 of the rooms had 2 twin beds mattresses wrapped together, so they were as wide as a king bed, but 8” shorter. They had no fitted sheets and tall people had their feet hanging off the end of the beds. A little annoying when we specifically selected a place for King sized beds.

Great place for our family of 4. House was clean and tastefully furnished. Pool and hot tub were great to relax. Well stocked kitchen and very clean bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back if coming to Palm Springs. Thank you Acme Homes!

Stayed at the MOD at Ocotillo lodge in PS and loved it!! Def one of the most well stocked airbnbs Ive stayed in. Cute and so close to town. The pool and hot tub were fantastic too! Stayed a week and could have literally moved in

Our family had a fabulous four days at Tramview. We felt transported to a world of '60s glamour and fun -- with the convenience of all the modern amenities. The home's lovingly preserved character and gorgeously landscaped yard made it hard to leave to go explore the area. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on chilly nights, used the outdoor shower while looking out over the hills and palm trees, and took advantage of the hot tub when we could. The kitchen had everything we needed and was easy to navigate. There was a bit of noise from traffic in the front bedrooms and the hot tub was temperamental (it completely stopped working on our final day), but neither of these issues interfered with the enjoyment we got from the property. We would definitely stay at Tramview again.

We had a great stay! The house was even better than we expected and the pool, hot tub, and fire pit were amazing. My kids are already asking when we can go back!

I booked "Risky Business" for a birthday getaway and it did not disappoint. From the smallest details like hand soap/lotion in every bathroom to the big details like super comfy beds and fun amenities (video game console!), Risky Biz was super fun even in "winter". I hope to come back in warmer weather to really soak up the great pool.
