Lovely home. Plenty of supplies and well stocked. Management was very responsive.

Great experience renting with Acme house Co, great selection of homes, great service from booking through to leaving.

We stayed at the home branded mod sunsation. The home itself was great, all the ACME homes look great. I have rented form them 6+ times, always fairly easy to deal with and cool looking product. But ACME has changed the last 3 years. This trip, the spa was not working and no viable fix till after our departure. The TV connection was intermittent and again a fix was delayed and they wanted to come at night. My sense about management is the are understaffed and getting to big for personal touches you expect when renting a vacation home. No compensation was offered for lack of spa, no apology for lack of responses to TV. I rent in PS twice a year, and I think I will broaden my search next year for less of a corp management home and deal with an owner that is more proactively attending to the property.

This property is wonderfully decorated in old Hollywood mid-century style. There are 3 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms in the main house and the casita is a fantastic space for guests who want a bit of privacy. The kitchen is very well stocked, the backyard has plenty of space to lounge and socialize, and the hot tub works well. We were 3 adults and there would still have been plenty of space for another couple to join us. The only issue is the living room space is a bit limited for more than 2 people to sit and watch TV comfortably. Fashionable decor has come at a sacrifice to plentiful, comfortable seating. I would definitely recommend this property.
