Fantastic location, walkable to downtown (if you enjoy a bit of a walk). Very private. Great pool and pool house / cabana. We all had private space and welcoming gathering space when we wanted to be together. Would highly recommend.

Had a very Pleasant stay. Only one problem with the plumbing and it was fixed very quickly and without any need for us to be there Highly recommed this property.

We had such a nice stay at the Reeves Garden house. It was so quiet and peaceful and the house was comfortable. My family had a great time. Would stay again.

Location 5 stars. While we expected it to be a little dated based off the pictures, it was very dated and super small for usable space.
The backyard was ok and best part of the property. We definitely understand neighbors and keeping within proper noise limits, however, they had a sign posted for 0 tolerance of noise day or night and multiple messages after the cancelation period that there can’t be ANY music/noise outside during the day. One message said 10 am to 10 pm but then the sign at the house said Nothing allowed day or night and threatening $500 fine + evection. Sounds fun right? Hope kids aren’t having any fun let alone adults. We get what the rules are trying to prevent crazy parties but if you say NO outside noise at any time, that is unacceptable and needs to be disclosed in the time of booking. In addition, many things were torn, broken or ready to be replaced. It’s the desert and we get it, but too much for the price they asked. Go get a hotel for the same price.

As advertised. The outdoor space shines, and is one of the main reasons we booked this property.
The house was clean, well stocked and refreshingly did not have a long checkout chore list.
Only minor problem was communication when the lock box code stopped working and the automated message bot reported the wrong number (off my one digit) to call after hours. We eventually found the right number and reported the wrong number, so this shouldn't be a problem for anyone else renting through one of the mgmt company properties.
We would stay here again during our next trip to Palm Springs.
