We had a wonderful stay at this home over New Years 2025. Plenty of space for 4 couples, 1 baby and 3 dogs. Communication with ACME was easy and they provided lots of recommendations for us in the area, including in home massages and in home chefs. It was incredibly spacious with lots of character in a very cute neighborhood that was walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!

I always judge an Airbnb rental on its kitchen, and this one delivers!!! It's fully stocked and ready to party. This is such a great spot for a group or a big family. We loved the area for walking the dogs. ACME was also an amazing company and just as responsive as any host, and then some!

our hosts called us 5 times to tell us of the neighborhood noise policy as we settled in the house. unfortuneatly the same attention was not paid to the cleaning of the house. we had rodent droppings in the silverware and dishes. we washed all the dishes and silverware before we used them. we paid extra for the heating of the pool. we had 3 separate service calls to get it working over a day and a half. finally the pool contractor came to fix the problem. it was a slow response to resolve. we also had a firepit that did not work since the handle was broken off. The handle was fixed a day later. when i called for a credit i was given a 140 dollar offer. when i questioned if that was enough they said they would review and get back. after over a week there is still no offer and when i call they say mgmt is aware. asked when it will be resolved they have no eta. i would be leary of and ACME House company residence in the future

ACME were extremely responsive and proactive, advising us about seasonal recommendations for heating the pool, helping us with the pool controls, and scheduling maintenance calls. The house was spectacular and accommodated our group (4 couples) comfortably. We hope to be back someday.
