Great location and nice place. It’s less than 100 yards to Boca Catalina beach. It was quiet and had all the basics we needed. Would rent again.

This place was perfect for a quick getaway. It was walkable to the beach and my three kids were able to have their own room. It was very clean and worth every penny!! I will be back thank you again Alex for opening up your home for us.

This is a very comfortable home! We absolutely loved our stay for the second year in a row. The location is a little away from the busiest part of the island and we loved it.

We can’t say enough about this place. The amenities are perfect for friends and family to enjoy. Very close walk or drive to Boca Catalina beach where the snorkeling was awesome. Definitely would come back.
