This is a fantastic vacation property! Highly recommended! Right on the beach with restaurants and other fun shops within walking distance. Add to that ocean facing windows in the kitchen and living room, strategically placed mirrors to enable you to see the ocean view from just about anywhere in the living area, an ocean facing balcony perfect for enjoying breakfast coffee, and a rooftop deck with plenty of seating areas that offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Although I don't think it was listed specifically in the amenities, it does have both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. We had an amazingly peaceful vacation!
Two things of note - This space is the second floor space, not the ground floor space which is a separate unit; and our Chevy Traverse is about the largest car you can expect to fit in the garage as the garage as is shared with the lower unit. Plan accordingly. There is a reminder of this in the NB Vacation guide book provided.

So beautiful. Right next to beach and restaurants, boardwalk, stores, bike rentals, fun zone, ferry, etc.

Right off the sand with great views

Great pre-holiday getaway for mother, daughter and granddaughters! Lots of walks along the beach, beautiful sunsets and sweet moments in front of the fireplace! We will be back!

We stayed 4 nights (myself, my wife, and our 18yo daughter). The house was perfect for us. The location was great, as the decks and roof deck overlooked the beach and the path for walking and biking. Lots of great people watching! Restaurants and shops were within easy walking distance (as well as the pier). Everything in the house was as described and in great condition. Happily, our Kia Telluride fit in the garage!

Excellent location, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved the rooftop patio and balcony. Very helpful, responsive and pleasant communication with host. We would return for another stay.

We rented the home to attend a family wedding in Newport and it was just lovely. The place was immaculate and the rooftop deck was outstanding. The rental company was very responsive to a few questions we had and we loved our stay here.

What a beautiful unit to enjoy Balboa peninsula! Since we got there, we had an easy check in, thanks to the instructions we got from NB Vacation Properties. The house was well equipped and beautifully decorated and super clean. We enjoyed the amazing sunsets in the rooftop. Location is great too. We would love to go back during summer time 🫶🏼
