The perfect location!! That is the biggest selling point!! The beach is like your own personal backyard which my kids loved. The property itself is nicely sized. Entry and exit directions were super simple. They have a car port but since we have a truck, we were not able to fit in and street parking is hard to find so I would come prepared to walk especially in the summer months. That said, the area is 10-15 min easy walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, the boardwalk, etc. Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay and we look forward to coming back!

We had a great stay at the beach house. Can't beat the location with the surf straight out and boardwalk at you doorstep. Property is accurately described. Great value although a couple minor things would have made the stay perfect.

The house was wonderful, especially waking up right at the beach. However, because it is the start of the sidewalk, there is a lot of traffic throughout the early morning/late hours of the night. The house was exactly like the pictures and perfectly slept our family of 7. I would recommend this beach house.

This home and location was amazing. The views were incredible and the house was super cozy. We will definitely love to book another stay at this location.

Amazing location right at the end of the boardwalk, and you can’t beat waking up to that view! The houses are all very close together, but the beach was not crowded at all so it still felt somewhat private. Would recommend!

The location cannot be beat! It's a beautiful home and just what we wanted. It's nice that the home is right at the end of the boardwalk, so you have easy access without the noisy foot traffic of other oceanfront properties. I also liked the reverse floor plan, making it more quiet and great photos for sunset! The main bathroom sink didn't drain, and we had to use the upstairs bathroom to brush our teeth. I think the comforters need a good cleaning and the floor needs a proper scrubbing. I had to wear socks to protect my feet.

Beautiful home right on the beach! You cannot beat the views. Everything was as described and the host communicated quickly when we had any questions. We highly recommend this beach front property!
