This was a great house to rent in a quiet area of Sedona Many attractions and hiking trains near the property . We had a great Sedona experience!

The house is very nice and in a great location. It matched perfectly with the advertised pictures. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and the grandkids really liked the hot tub. This was a perfect location for accessing our desired activities, with hiking trails nearby; one for Sugar Loaf Mountain only a couple of blocks walk from the house. A couple of problems did arise: There is not functional ice maker with the refrigerator and the dryer was not working upon arrival. The property managers sent someone to assess the broken dryer but the part required to fix the dryer was unavailable during our stay. We were, however, able to get by using the Sedona sun and breeze to dry our clothes. The property managers also authorized a partial refund for our inconvenience. Overall, we had a wonderful family vacation and appreciated all the positive aspects of this house.

What an amazing experience. Host was fantastic, with great communication and follow through. The house itself had all the amenities needed, with the perfect space and environment. Pictures do not do this place justice. The hot tub on the roof was such a great touch and really awesome to soak after a long day, to take in the sunset or star gaze or to watch the sunrise in the morning. Also its close to so many trails and close to main road for food and fun.Will defintely book this house again!
