We had a lovely stay here during the Cocodona 250 race, which went straight past the house, an awesome surprise. It is a lovely space surrounded by trees, super quiet area. Comfy beds and decently appointed kitchen. The one thing we didn’t realize is that the king bed is in an open loft, which makes sleeping arrangements complicated for families with different bed times, because anything that happens in the kitchen / living room will wake up the people in the loft, which is the nicest bed. Also, the sound travels a lot between the loft and the bedrooms below, making it easy for the people upstairs to accidentally wake up the people in the downstairs bedrooms. Just something to know, even if, like us, you aren’t light sleepers. I think light sleepers would have a really hard time. Overall though we liked it, found the hosts really responsive, and would definitely come again, as long as all our guests had compatible bedtimes.
We're glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen.
We really appreciate your honest notes about the loft layout and how sound carries — that's helpful insight for future guests, and we'll be sure to clarify that in our listing. We're happy to hear our communication and responsiveness met your expectations, and we'd be delighted to host you again (hopefully with compatible bedtimes all around!). Thanks again for staying with us!
