Perfect location for watching baseball at Scottsdale stadium. Centrally located to many restaurants and entertainment. Nice quiet neighborhood.Didn't use the pool or hot tub, there was an extra 150/ day charge to heat and needed 3 days advance notice, which we didn't know about.We were 4 couples, so we were a little surprised with the bunk bedroom. It doesn't specifically say bunk beds in the description, but I guess "4 queen beds" implies bunk beds. There are 40 pictures of the property and one does show bunk beds, but we didn't look at all of the pictures. It worked out ok though, the bunk bed couple got to sleep in a different bed each night.

Our stay with Porter was wonderful, we enjoyed the house & the yard. The play set , arcade game, and pool were a hit with our kids (ages 3&5).
