Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The home, location, and mountain views are stunning. Waking up to the Sedona landscape and winding down on the two beautiful patios with a drink was one of the highlight of our trip. The location offers the perfect balance: it was quiet and peaceful away from the city—especially over the 4th of July weekend—yet close enough for a quick, scenic drive to restaurants and shops. We loved walking around the neighborhood and even discovered a great little trail for early morning walks with our dog before the heat set in. (Just remember to let your host know you're staying with a dog).Inside, the home was incredibly comfortable and well-thought-out. The beds (one king and two queens) were perfectly padded, and everyone slept great. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials like an electric kettle, microwave, and quality cooking items. I also appreciated the office spaces, which allowed me to get some work done while still enjoying the views outside the window. Check-in was seamless thanks to the straightforward instructions and proactive communication from the hosts before we arrived. The AC kept us perfectly cool when it got hot outside. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope many more people get to experience this beautiful home!"

I surprised my wife for her 60th birthday & she was blown away. Pictures & descriptions do not do the place justice. Spectacular views, very quiet, close to just about everything we wanted to do. Will definitely be coming back to this house!

Compared to other properties, this house and appliances are a tiny bit dated, BUT they lend itself to the character, warmth, and overall comfort of the home. The living room, deck, and covered porch areas are where you will want to spend all of your time. The views from these spaces especially are AMAZING! It was the primary reason I chose this property over others that were newer - you don't have to leave the house to experience the beauty of Sedona. I also enjoyed the hot tub under the stars at night. We saw a coyote a couple of times and a deer at dusk. The house is centrally located to everything - trails, restaurants, and shopping - but serenely quiet. I would definitely rent here again.

This house was not only spacious, and beautiful! The location was one of the most amazing I’ve ever seen. The view from the front porch is on match. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Lots to do in the city of Sedona. Great house to stay at.
