Perfect location if you want to explore this part of Arizona. About 5 minutes from Bearizona. 5 minutes from Historic Route 66 downtown Williams and the Grand Canyon railway tours. About an hour from the Grand Canyon. About an hour from Flagstaff. There are also a lot of lakes and mountains and trails close by.

Loved watching the train as we sat on rockers on the wrap around porch. They have coffee and snacks available in the common area. We felt like we were living in the wild west but with the convenience of the main road right out front! The town of Williams is so charming, the people are so friendly and the pie from diner Pine County is to die for! Great Experience!

I really enjoyed staying here. The location was great--on a road that gets some traffic, but not much at night. There are train tracks nearby, but we enjoyed the sound of the trains--they weren't disruptive.
The bed was comfy, the room was very easy to access, from inside or from the veranda. All the windows worked well. The room was large, which we really appreciated.
Standouts for me: the wraparound veranda, with lots of places to sit, including rocking chairs! Loved that! Very cozy!
We could have our door open all night to let in the fresh air, because our room had a locking safety screen. It was marvelous.
The inn has a lot of character and that old-timey, western feel while still having modern accessibility and ease.
3 criticisms - our shower mat had mold on the bottom of it, there was no decaf coffee in the common area, and there was too much paperwork to read and sign after renting--that should be mentioned in the AirBnB listing. It was off-putting.

Sehr schönes altes Haus dass einen amerikanischen Flair vermittelt hat. Wir waren beeindruckt von der Ausstattung die sehr diesem Stil gerecht wurde. Alte Holzmöbel, sehr schöne Badezimmer und es war alles sauber. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft. Gerne wieder.
