We really enjoyed this property. It had everything we needed and most of what we wanted. My only caution would be the neighbors. They are clearly not happy to have a vacation property in their neighborhood. One of them has a sign in the yard stating that fact, and another asked us rudely to move our cars off the street (there were other neighbors' cars parked on the street). We had moved them so the kids could play basketball in the driveway, but were careful to park them at the end of the driveway and in front of the house only. After that, we didn't feel like we could use the basketball hoop and felt like we couldn't be in the backyard before 9 am or after 8 pm. That was a bummer, but obviously not the property owners' fault. Aside from making a few of these adjustments, we loved the property and would not have a problem renting it again.

House was clean and beautiful. Loved the amenities and the big kitchen. Had a great weekend for my 31st!

Very nice house and well kept. Host was responsive to questions. In a very residential neighborhood, so I wouldn't want to rent this place with my college buddies, but it was great for my family.
