- quiet area
- great location (nearby downtown and grocery/gas area)
- perfect location if you plan to visit sedona, and grand canyon/antelope/horseshoe bend like flagstaff is the middle of everything.

Great location! The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Only 10 minutes from downtown! It snowed so it made the place feel so cozy. Easy check-in and check-out. Definitely recommend for couples. Looking forward to coming back!
