Clean place. Just the right size for me. Convenient to shopping. Host was polite, professional, and prompt in replying. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and concise. Would rent this again next year, if still available.

I had a pleasant stay at Porter's place. It was exactly as described and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I appreciated being close enough to everything, but far enough away from the congestion of downtown. Would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Everything was as good as we hoped it would be! The property served as a great home base for our activities in Flagstaff, as well as our time spent at the Grand Canyon.
We were very satisfied with our time there and will definitely consider returning in the future!
