Everything was nice and clean, only problem was that we got there very late, close to 11:30 pm and the 4 digit pin code for the door was incorrect, it took almost a half hour before, after repeated phone calls for someone to give me another 4 digit pin.

This was our 3rd stay in this fine house. It has many places to gather and enjoy the views. We used the hot tub a lot! It is showing a bit of age - the lighting, speakers and outside furniture... One thing you must know is that you cannot get an early check-in without paying.. $100 for noon and up to $35 for one hour earlier. I had never seen that done on Airbnb and I didn't much care for it. We ultimately got a 3:00 checkin for no charge...

Porter was exceptional with customer service! Super responsive with clear instructions! We got a ton of snow during our visit and every day they cleared off the driveway and back porches for us...when we were out so we never even saw them. There were plenty of amenities, paper products, soap, towels and blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything you needed to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Other than a couple of very minor issues, the stay was great. Would definitely recommend and intend on staying again.
