We really enjoyed this historic little apartment. Absolutely beautiful! We did try to take a bath and noticed the hot water struggled a little bit when filling up the tub but if you’re taking a shower it stays hot the whole time. Historic places are bound to have some quarks.
We loved that we could walk to so many different places and enjoyed being right in the middle of downtown. I will warn other visitors that Flagstaff might be a small town but their downtown is poppin on the weekend. We had someone off the street just eatin takeout right outside the living room window in the alleyway, then they left their trash there lol so if you’re staying here just know there’s a nightlife and a lot of young people drinking. We never had an issue with anyone and the location is convenient overall but I could see how that could potentially be off putting.
Overall staying here felt like a treat. It felt luxurious and historic all at once. I would definitely recommend it.

Rarely do you find an Airbnb with a fabulous location and is beautiful and well appointed and comfortable, but this is it. Doc’s Place is lovely and it is in the heart of downtown Flagstaff. It just doesn’t get better than that. Also, Doc’s Place has everything you might need to make your stay easy and comfy. It is truly a gem.

The home and the location were awesome. Right in the thick of downtown Flagstaff I was worried that the noise would wake up myself or our 18 month old but didn't have any issues. Early in the evening you could hear music from businesses nearby however by 9pm all was quiet and easy to get rest. There is so much to do nearby and the outdoor space is perfect to get to enjoy the weather. The decor is also awesome, overall the home was beautiful with historic charm and all the modern features you could want!

Perfectly situated in the heart of old town Flagstaff. We walked to coffee and live music and dinner and breakfast and and shopping and just couldn’t believe how many activities were just outside our door while the ambiance of the property was chic and peaceful. Would highly recommend.

Porter’s place was amazing and in a location you cannot beat. My family made great memories there and certainly plan on staying again soon!

Had an absolutely wonderful time and we would return anytime to Porters!!! Can’t recommend enough.
