This place is so charming and well kept. The house is pretty much exactly what you see in the pictures and we never had trouble with the house itself and it is very conveniently located right off the main highway (no driving 10 minutes down gravel roads just to get to the highway), but still has great views of the mountains. I would definitely suggest that others stay here. It most definitely is "bunny-land" we counted 158 individual bunny themed items in the home, with many of them having many bunnies, so the total number of bunnies is probably somewhere in the 300 range.Unfortunately there were some wildfires up-wind from Flagstaff that made some of our stay less than perfect, but those things were completely outside the control of the bunny-land owners. But you might check beforehand, if you are staying during the dry season.We thoroughly enjoyed the home and have many good memories from staying there, and hope your family will have the same!

Very nice property, so clean and had everything we needed. Check out rules were great, nothing crazy like some other places I've stayed.

Great place to stay to explore area. Under 2 hours drive to Grand Canyon and Anthelip Canyon, number of local attractions to visit. Comfortable house, nice patio.

Cozy “grandmas house” vibe. Plenty of room and great views. Host communication was responsive. Very enjoyable.

My family loved staying at this place. We used it as a base to explore the surrounding area. It was a great place to relax after a long day! Would definitely stay here again!
