Everything was exactly as expected. Host was very responsive and accommodating when I needed to shorten my stay by one day. We were in town for a memorial service and the flexibility was greatly appreciated!

Porter’s home was a great size for our party of 4 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs. But after making the reservation with payment I discovered on the site and after talking with Porter that only one dog was allowed, so I needed to make other arrangements for our other dog. Thankfully our daughter lives in the neighborhood. Also the pet fee was not listed on the site, $50, was not a problem, just that is wasn’t listed. The location was quiet, a nice walkable area, close to Flagstaff’s amenities. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well-stocked, but it would have been nice to have plastic plates and bowls for the kids. We did notice that the floors and stairs needed vacuuming, dog hair and pine needles were seen throughout.

Great spot, really enjoyed this house. Backyard was nice and the whole house felt very comfortable. Would recommend

We loved our stay and would definitely try to return. Close to the city and a very nice and quiet neighborhood.
