Overall a very nice home. Plenty of room to spread out. One kiddo slept in the attic room, and we put a mattress in the ping pong area to spread out the others. (Bunk room was a little tight and no window.) Besides the kitchen table, there was a dining table in the sunroom and a picnic table. We could seat our whole group. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated nicely and there was shampoo and conditioner in the showers and soap at all the sinks. We did stay during July when the weather was near 90. The kitchen and living space take all the afternoon sun and heat up quite a bit. The windows are probably original, mostly single pane fixed glass. So, as soon as the sun was down we opened up the doors to let the heat out. The downstairs bedrooms stayed pretty warm, but several fans were provided to help. The AC upstairs was much appreciated. Our hosts were very responsive whenever we needed something, and the hiking trails in the neighborhood were a huge plus. Thanks for everything!

The place was beautiful. The kids did not want to leave for sure. Plenty of space for the entire family and some.

We loved the house! We had 10 adults and 1 child stay. It was very spacious and had all accommodations necessary. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils all you need! Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. Family that came to visit loved the house as well. We wound definitely book again!
